Saint Eugene Catholic Church Festival Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations for 2012
1. Saint Eugene Catholic Church of Wendell, North Carolina presents the “Sweepstakes” in conjunction with the 2012 International Food and Music Festival to be held on September 15, 2012.
2. Winners are selected by random drawing from eligible entries received, and decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Pastor John Raharjo will monitor compliance with the rules governing the Sweepstakes and make decisions regarding the interpretation of any of the Sweepstakes Rules. Those interpretations shall be final.
3. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets and win a prize and must meet all eligibility requirements as provided by law. In the event a raffle ticket purchaser designates on the ticket a person less than 18 years old and that person is a Prize winner (e.g., a parent buys a raffle ticket and designates their child on the ticket stub), the purchaser shall be deemed the prize winner provided they provide satisfactory proof (in the sole discretion of the Pastor) that they are the ticket purchaser. Under such circumstances, the Purchasers agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Eugene Catholic Church from any claims arising therefrom.
4. Drawing will be held on September 15, 2012, at the International Food and Music Festival sponsored by Saint Eugene Catholic Church held at J. Ashley Wall Towne Square in Wendell, NC or at such place designated by the Pastor. Winners need not be present to win.
5. Tickets may be purchased until approximately one (1) hour before the end of the 2012 International Food and Music Festival on September 15, 2012 at 7 pm. The end of the ticket purchase period will be announced from the performance stage at the Festival by the Pastor or his designee. All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket for this raffle, purchasers agree that they have read and understand all of the rules and regulations of the raffle. Purchasers understand that their money will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. For IRS reporting requirements, the prizes will be declared in 2012. All prizewinners are responsible for conforming to IRS regulations and are responsible for all federal and state income and other taxes and any other fees or costs, including, but not limited to tax, title, license, and insurance fees for the automobile. Ticket cost is not tax deductible.
7. All members of the Sweepstakes committee are unpaid volunteers and are overseen by the Pastor of Saint Eugene Catholic Church.
8. Committee members are allowed to participate in the Sweepstakes and are entitled to win prizes.
9. Prizes will be delivered within the Wendell, Wake County, North Carolina area at no charge. The Grand Prize winner of the automobile they will claim their prize at the Universal Chevrolet dealership located in Wendell, NC.
10. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by Saint Eugene Catholic Church, and agrees to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.
11. There are five separate prizes in the drawing. Those prizes are as follows:
1st Prize 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LS
2nd Prize 42” Flat Screen HDTV
3rd Prize Apple iPad
4th Prize Xbox 360 Game Console
5th Prize $250 Cash
Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win one of the five prizes. Provided, however, that the drawing of each winning ticket will be conducted in the following manner: the first ticket to be pulled will be the winner of the 5th Prize of $250 Cash. Once that ticket is drawn, that ticket will no longer be eligible for any other prize and will not be returned into the bin of eligible tickets. Subsequent prizes will be drawn in the following order of prizes: Xbox 360 Game Console, Apple iPad, 42” Flat Screen HDTV, 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. Once each winning ticket is drawn, that ticket will no longer be eligible for a prize and will not be returned to the bin of eligible tickets. The final ticket to be drawn will be for the Grand Prize, the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. There will be only ONE Grand Prize winner. The winner will be the FIFTH ticket pulled by the pastor (or pastor’s designee) from a container containing all eligible ticket stubs.
12. Winners have 90 (ninety) days from September 15, 2012 to take delivery on all prizes or forfeit all claims thereto.
13. The grand prize winner will be allowed ONE of the following: a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LS (approximately MSRP $15,000.00, vehicle model subject to release by manufacturer and availability from manufacturer to dealer and Saint Eugene Catholic Church). No particular vehicle will be identified as the grand prize until time of delivery and all vehicles displayed by Saint Eugene in conjunction with the marketing of raffle tickets is for display purposes only. While effort will be made to accommodate the preferences of the grand prize winner in color or amenities of the automobile, no guarantee is made that such preference will be honored.
Iglesia Católica San Eugenio Reglas y Regulaciones del Sorteo 2012
1. Iglesia Católica San Eugenio de Wendell, Carolina del Norte presenta el “Sorteo” junto con Festival Internacional de Comida y Música 2012 que se llevara acabo el 15 de Septiembre, 2012.
2. Los ganadores son seleccionados al azar de las inscripciones elegibles recibidas, y las decisiones son finales en todos los asuntos relacionados con el “Sorteo”. El pastor Juan Raharjo supervisara el cumplimento de las normas que rigen este “Sorteo” y tomara decisiones con respecto a la interpretación de cualquiera de las reglas del sorteo
3. Todos los participantes deben tener 18 años o mayores para comprar un boleto y ganar el premio y cumplir todos los requisitos de elegibilidad previstos por la ley. En caso de que un comprador de boleto designe en el boleto a una persona menor de 18 años de edad y esa persona sea el ganador del Premio Mayor (por ejemplo, un padre compra un boleto de rifa y designa a su hijo en el talón del boleto), el comprador se considerara el ganador del premio, siempre que presente pruebas suficientes (a discreción del Pastor) que el es el comprador del billete. Bajo tales circunstancias, los compradores se comprometen a indemnizar y mantener indemne a la Iglesia Católica de San Eugenio cualquier reclamación que surja del mismo.
4. El Sorteo se llevara acabo el 15 de Septiembre del 2012, durante el Festival Internacional de Comida y Música organizado por la Iglesia Católica San Eugenio en la plazuela de l J. Ashley Wall en Wendell, NC o en el lugar designado por el Pastor. Los ganadores no necesitan estar presentes para ganar.
5. Los boletos pueden ser comprados hasta aproximadamente una (1) hora antes del final del Festival Internacional de Comida y Música del 2012 que será en Septiembre 15, 2012 a las 7 p.m. El final del periodo de compra de boletos será anunciado desde el escenario en el Festival por el Pastor o quien sea designado. 11. Hay cinco premios diferentes en el sorteo. Los premios son los siguientes:

Cada boleto es por separado y tienen oportunidad igual de ganar uno de los cinco premios. Los boletos ganadores serán seleccionados de la siguiente manera: el primer boleto que se saque será el ganador del premio $250 en efectivo. Una vez que se haya sacado ese boleto, ese boleto ya no será elegible para los otros premios y no se ingresara de nuevo al recipiente de los boletos elegibles. Los siguientes premios serán sorteados en el orden siguiente:

Cada que se saque un boleto ganador, ese boleto no será elegible para otro premio y no se ingresara de nuevo al recipiente de los boletos elegibles. El boleto final que se sacara será para el premio mayor, el Chevrolet Sonic 2012. Solo abra un ganador del premio mayor. El boleto ganador será el quinto boleto que se saque del recipiente de boletos elegibles el boleto será sacado por el pastor (o persona asignada por el pastor).
12. Los ganadores tienen 90 (noventa) días a partir del 15 de Septiembre 2012 para reclamar sus premios o renuncian a ellos.
13. El ganador del premio mayor será permitido a elegir UNO de los siguientes: un Chevrolet Sonic LS 2012 (Valor Aproximado MSRP $15,000.00. Modelo del vehículo sujeto a disponibilidad del Fabricante al Concesionario y Iglesia Católica San Eugenio). Ningún vehículo en particular será identificado como el premio mayor hasta el momento de entrega y todos los vehículos mostrados por San Eugenio en conjunto con la comercialización para los boletos de la rifa son para propósitos de muestra solamente.
